>> My name is Christopher Vasallo and I'm a senior financial planner here in Center City with RTD Financial Advisors. As a senior financial planner I basically have both the benefit and the luxury to me of getting to work with a lot of individuals and families and helping them achieve some of their life goals. So, with us, we take what we like to think is quite a different approach and before we ever talk about a client's money or financial statements or before we ever ask for tax returns and data and things of the like, we spend a great deal of time in what we call discovery. Which is essentially just learning about who our client is, who they are as a person, first and foremost. But additionally, a lot of things about their money values and their money histories, you have to know what's going on in their lives and how they think about money. So we spend a great deal of time doing that up front in our first meeting. Our second meeting in the initial process, we spend a fair amount of time going through a education around our investment philosophy and how it is we will be managing and investing their portfolio and their life savings basically. The third meeting, somewhere in there we've started to collect all the data, all the financial data. Their tax returns, their investment statements, their social security statements, things like that. And in the third meeting we present to theme what we have compiled basically in financial planning projections of running a full financial planning projection. We present that to them in a preliminary fashion, making sure that we've accounted for everything, we understand everything correctly, we have the full picture of their situation. And then our fourth and final meeting of the on-boarding process for a new client is what we would call our observations, recommendations, and action plan.
