>> My name is John Nuckers [assumed spelling]. I am a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, or PwC. I currently working their federal advisory practice. So, I essentially service federal clients, and right now, I am working at the United States Department of Agriculture for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, specifically at the Financial Policy and Planning Division. There's still a huge accounting and finance arm out here in Washington D.C., but one of the big opportunity spaces is servicing federal clients, be it human capital, engaging millennials. I'm currently working on a business process reengineering engagement where we are looking to streamline a lot of the internal processes specifically at the Financial Policy and Planning Division to help them capture some of their procedures and document those so that when there is employee turnover, they are retaining talent. Or, I'm sorry, retaining knowledge which makes it easier to move forward with training young talent and making it easier to actually go through the training process. So, we prepare reports. We provide recommendations. We do detailed analysis. We provide white papers and look at both private sector and public sector trends and how there's opportunities to incorporate some of those or take solutions from alternative industries and try to find ways to tweak that to provide increased value for our public sector clients as well as the customers that they service.
