>> My name is Jim Brandau. I'm a Senior Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman. I work with clients that mostly are private business owners and they're thinking about maybe selling their business and I need to help them invest their capital into the new -- into -- for their portfolio. So, lifecycle of a client, typically we'll try to get to know them well in advance of a sale of their company and we'll help them manage through the transition when they sell their company. So, we help them invest their assets according to what their goals on and we'll help them in their next generation with their kids in terms of managing the money ongoing. So, I work with a lot of different clients and so we have to really be organized in terms of how we do that. And most of our days are -- can be completely varied. So, if a lot of things are coming at me, it's really tackling what's most important first with our clients. And that could mean moving capital from one entity to the other. If they want to take it and do an investment outside of the firm, helping them think through that. But it's really -- it's really a variety of things that could happen at any given day.
